CBTF7 Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Bet

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CBTF7 platform, accessible at cbtf7.click and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and APIs (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on CBTF7, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including registered members, visitors, and anyone accessing any part of the site.

CBTF7 may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account on CBTF7 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CBTF7 strictly prohibits account registration or use by individuals under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering for personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full name, valid Pakistani contact number, and a functional email address.
• You must not already hold an existing CBTF7 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed at CBTF7's discretion.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list operated by CBTF7 or any associated responsible gaming service.

CBTF7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point. These may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted pending completion of verification. Providing false or misleading documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CBTF7 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. CBTF7 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

• You must notify CBTF7 immediately at support@cbtf7.click if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• All bets placed and transactions processed through your account while logged in are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them, until CBTF7 confirms account suspension following your notification.
• CBTF7 recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
• Do not access your CBTF7 account on shared or public devices. Log out fully after each session.

CBTF7 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account data. However, you acknowledge that no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security and accept that CBTF7 is not liable for security breaches resulting from your own failure to maintain account confidentiality.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on CBTF7 are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The following payment methods are supported:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. CBTF7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name. CBTF7 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal, including verification of identity, address, and payment method ownership.

• CBTF7 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside CBTF7's control.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once prior to withdrawal may be subject to review.
• If a deposit is returned or reversed by your payment provider, any winnings associated with that deposit will be voided and the original deposit amount deducted from your account.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on CBTF7 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published alongside the relevant betting markets within the Platform.

• A bet is confirmed only when CBTF7 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets accepted but not confirmed due to technical error are void.
• CBTF7 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market for any account at any time. Members who believe stake limits have been applied unfairly may contact support for review.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet will be settled, unless the bet was placed in error or the odds were subject to a manifest pricing error.
• Manifest errors in odds — where the displayed price is clearly incorrect due to technical fault — may be corrected. Affected bets will be resettled at the corrected odds or voided, at CBTF7's discretion.
• Bets accepted during a live match are subject to the live state of play at the time of acceptance. Any delay in transmission of live odds does not entitle CBTF7 to void a bet placed in good faith at the displayed price.
• Members must not use automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to place bets on CBTF7. Any account found to be using automated betting tools will be suspended immediately.

CBTF7 offers cricket betting, PSL betting, sports betting, esports betting, and live casino products. Each product category is subject to both these general terms and its own supplementary rules which are available within the Platform.

6 Settlement of Bets

CBTF7 settles bets based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international fixtures, PSL official sources, and the relevant tournament organisers for esports events). CBTF7's settlement decisions are final once confirmed.

• Cricket matches that are abandoned or rained off before a result can be determined will have match winner bets voided and stakes returned, unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result has been officially declared.
• If a PSL match is unable to be completed due to circumstances beyond the control of either franchise, CBTF7 follows the official tournament result declaration. DLS results are treated as valid official results for settlement purposes.
• Esports matches that are cancelled, forfeited, or rescheduled beyond 48 hours will have bets voided. Rescheduled matches within 48 hours retain active bets.
• In-play bets accepted after the official start of an event are settled on the official result of that event, irrespective of any technical delay in the live feed updating on CBTF7.
• Settlement disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's official result. Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

CBTF7 offers a welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000 (100% match on first qualifying deposit) along with ongoing promotions including reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Welcome bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount. This must be met using real-money bets at odds of 1.50 or greater before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused bonus funds are forfeited on expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Referral bonuses under the Refer a Friend programme are credited when the referred member completes their first qualifying deposit and places their first qualifying bet. The referring member and the referred member each receive Rs 2,000. Full details are on the Refer a Friend page.
• CBTF7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, providing reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only. Any indication of bonus abuse — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or using bonuses to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

8 Live Casino Rules

CBTF7's Live Casino section — including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Andar Bahar, and other table games — is operated through certified live dealer software. All outcomes are determined by live dealers and/or physical game equipment visible through the video stream. CBTF7 does not manipulate live casino outcomes.

• Live casino games have minimum and maximum bet limits displayed at the table. Bets outside these limits are not accepted.
• Disconnections during a live casino game round do not void a placed bet. The round will continue and settle normally. If a round cannot be completed due to technical failure on CBTF7's servers, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live casino bonuses may have different wagering requirements or contribution rates to sportsbook bonuses. Applicable bonus terms are stated at the time of the promotion.

9 Esports Betting Rules

CBTF7's Esports Betting section covers titles including PUBG Mobile, CS2, Dota 2, Valorant, League of Legends, Rocket League, and others. All esports bets are subject to the general betting rules in Section 5 above plus the following esports-specific rules:

• Esports match results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant tournament organiser. CBTF7 does not use in-game kill feeds or third-party trackers as the basis for settlement — official results only.
• Map-specific bets (e.g., Map 1 Winner in CS2) are settled on the outcome of the specified map regardless of the overall match result. If the specified map is not played (e.g., the match ends 2–0 and Map 3 is never played), Map 3 bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Player disconnection, forfeit, or disqualification during an esports match does not automatically void bets. If an official result is declared, bets are settled on that result.
• If a team is disqualified before or during a tournament for rule violations, any tournament outright bets on that team are settled as losing bets unless the tournament organiser awards them the result at the point of disqualification.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CBTF7. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or any form of script to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion between accounts — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit or exploit bonus funds.
• Exploiting manifest pricing errors knowingly. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds where the bettor could reasonably have known the price was in error are subject to resettlement.
• Using insider information obtained through improper means to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Match-fixing or any activity that influences the outcome of a sporting or esports event on which you have placed a bet on CBTF7.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age or identity at any point.
• Allowing another person to use your CBTF7 account, including sharing login credentials or acting as a proxy bettor for any third party.
• Any activity that CBTF7 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other members.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

CBTF7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, CBTF7 will communicate the reason to the account holder within seven business days. Where closure results from confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Members who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact CBTF7 support at support@cbtf7.click.

12 Responsible Gaming

CBTF7 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all members, accessible through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Set reminders to appear after a specified period of continuous Platform activity.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict access to the Platform for a set period of time (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account and restrict re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.

CBTF7 takes problem gambling seriously. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour — or that of someone you know — please visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact support immediately. You are encouraged to seek help proactively. There is no shame in it, and CBTF7 will not penalise any member for using responsible gaming tools.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CBTF7's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising out of or relating to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. CBTF7 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Inaccuracies in live scores or statistics displayed on the Platform if those inaccuracies do not affect the official settlement of bets.
• Loss or damage arising from a member's failure to maintain their account security as required under Section 3.

Nothing in these Terms limits CBTF7's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Privacy & Data

CBTF7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at cbtf7.click/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

CBTF7 collects personal information including your name, contact details, payment information, and betting activity for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform. Your data is never sold to third parties. Where data sharing with third parties is required for payment processing or legal compliance, this is stated in the Privacy Policy.

15 Changes to These Terms

CBTF7 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If CBTF7 makes changes that materially affect your rights as a member in a way you do not accept, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw any available balance before the changes take effect. You may do so by contacting support.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through standard support channels may be escalated by submitting a formal complaint to support@cbtf7.click with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. CBTF7 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution or status update within five business days.
