• Transaction records: Deposit and withdrawal records are retained for a minimum of five years following the transaction date, as required by applicable financial record-keeping requirements.
• KYC / identity documents: Retained for the duration of account activity and for five years following account closure. Copies of identity documents are securely deleted after this period.
